Privacy Policy

This policy explains what demoraavarice.com (run by Avarice Studios LLC, "we") collects, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell your data, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who this site is for
This site is for adults. Some links lead to third-party platforms for people 18 and older, and our email list and question form are for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
What we collect
- Email signup: your email address, your confirmation that you're 18 or older, and which link you arrived from (for example "TikTok"), so we know which platforms people find us through.
- Ask Demora: your email address, optional first name, your question, whether you asked to join the email list, and which link you arrived from. We hold your question until you confirm your email; unconfirmed questions are deleted automatically after 48 hours.
- Appearance invitations: your name, email address and the event details you send through the "Invite me" form, so we can reply.
- Analytics: we use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics service that doesn't use cookies and doesn't collect personal data. It records things like pages viewed, the referring site, browser and device type, and country, in aggregate.
- Spam protection: the question and invitation forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check you're human. Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser to do this, under its own privacy policy. To limit abuse, we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for up to an hour.
- Server logs: our web host keeps standard logs (such as IP address, pages requested and time) for security and troubleshooting.
- Your browser: the site stores two small settings in your own browser, not on our servers: that you tapped "I'm 18+" (so you don't have to tap it again), and, for your current visit only, which link you came from.
How we use it
To send the emails you asked for, deliver your question to Demora, understand which platforms bring visitors, and keep the site secure. Demora may answer questions publicly (for example in a video) without your name or email unless you've given permission.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run the site: our web host, our email provider, Umami (analytics) and Cloudflare (spam protection). We don't sell or rent your information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Links to other sites
This site links to other platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit and subscription platforms). Their own privacy policies apply once you leave this site.
Your choices
- Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To see, correct or delete your information, email hello@demoraavarice.com.
- You can clear the settings stored in your browser at any time through your browser settings.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
